Working with a renowned Sevillian architecture studio, specialized in historical buildings, we create spaces that respect the architectural heritage while enriching it with modern touches. This synergy between the ancient and the modern is reflected in every corner, offering an authentic and contemporary experience.

Casa del Patio

An old complex in the heart of Estepona's historic centre that belonged to a wealthy fishing family. From 1800 to recent times it has undergone numerous renovations. In 2018, the redevelopment project for a hotel destination began; part of the old building was demolished and rebuilt from scratch following the very strict standards imposed by the authorities. The characteristic central patio was reconstructed as it appeared on the old plans and the old stone fountain is still present. DISCOVER MORE

Casa Azul

Originally, it was a hut, or little more, in the center, just a few meters from Plaza de la Flores. It has been rebuilt several times and has always been a place of refreshment; here, in fact, fishermen would gather after returning from their trips at sea, finding solace in food and wine while sharing sea stories. Casa Esmeralda

Originally larger than the current one, very central, it stood in the Arab part of the city and was owned by an ancient Arab merchant family who imported goods and cereals from neighboring Morocco. In recent times, it has been divided into multiple units; the central body has been rebuilt respecting the central courtyard layout. During excavations, numerous artifacts from both the Arab and Roman eras were found and are now entrusted to the care and restoration of the Malaga museum. DISCOVER MORE
