CASA DEL PATIO
Casa del Patio stands out for the preservation of the traditional style of the houses of the town, in which through its central courtyard and its two facades to Calle San Miguel and Calle San José, have been created the nine flats that make up the complex destined to Tourist Apartments.
Casa del Patio consists of 3 floors, and has a total of 9 flats fully equipped to offer the best possible service to its users. Two of the nine flats have direct access from the picturesque Calle San Miguel, and the rest from Calle San José, this being the main entrance to the building, as it gives direct access to the inner courtyard.
It is located in an unbeatable and quiet area of the town of Estepona, very central, less than 100 metres from the beach and in the heart of an area of shops, businesses, restaurants and bars.
The jewel in the crown of the accommodation is undoubtedly the spacious and luminous central patio, built in the purest Andalusian style.
Its majesty, together with the dozens of floral vases and the soothing gurgle of the fountain that surrounds it, immediately impresses the soul of our travellers, instilling in them a sense of tranquillity and well-being.
This splendid setting alone is enough to make the experience of those who have chosen to stay at Casa del Patio unique.
What makes your stay even more comfortable are the amenities available in each flat.
These include private bathroom with shower, internet, air conditioning, heating, smart TV, fully equipped private kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, ceramic hob).
Adjacent to the Patio, there is a common laundry area, equipped with washing machine, dryer and iron, which our guests can use free of charge.

The standard occupancy of all flats is 2 people, except for the Deluxe Studio 8 (up to 3 people) and Deluxe Suite 9 (up to 4 people).
Casa del Patio offers the Self Check-in service, to access the flats in total autonomy and at any time of the day or night.

In our renovation project we decided to eliminate the use of gas. In fact, domestic hot water is produced by photovoltaic panels, resulting in an even lower environmental impact.

Don't feel like going out to eat all the time? Don't worry, our kitchens are fully equipped, with microwave, induction hob, toaster, pots and pans and cutlery.
