HOW TO GET TO ESTEPONA
PLANE
The international airport of Malaga-Costa de Sol is only 1 hour's drive away (80 km). Whilst it takes our British friends 45 minutes (50 km) to get there from Gibraltar airport.

Estepona is situated on the route of two important communication arteries in Andalusia. The A-7 motorway runs along all sections of the Costa del Sol, linking Andalusia with Catalonia. The AP-7 motorway runs parallel to it, from Malaga to San Roque. There are many car parks in the city of Estepona, and we will provide you with all the information about them at the time of booking.
BUS
From Malaga airport you can take the AVANZA bus L-616, which goes directly to Estepona.
Note: in low season it is necessary to change at the bus station in Marbella, taking the line L-79.
TAXI

All the facilities are right in the historic and pedestrian centre of Estepona, making them convenient to all kinds of services and restaurants/bars/shops.
Casa del Patio is located exactly 400 metres from the beach, which is a 5-minute walk away. It is located on Calle San José/San Miguel, which is a street close to the city centre but at the same time very quiet and peaceful.
Casa Azul is 250 metres from the beach, a 3-minute walk and is located near Calle Terraza, which is one of the main arteries of the city’s pedestrianised historic centre.
As points of interest in the immediate vicinity and within easy reach on foot or by bicycle are:
- the paseo maritimo, which has recently been renovated and refreshed with the transformation of a former major carriageway into a pleasant pedestrian-only promenade;
- the orchidarium of Estepona (https://orchidariumestepona.com/);
- the senda litoral, a path that runs 23 km in length along the sea and allows for pleasant walks or bicycle rides from Estepona to the neighbouring villages, enjoying fantastic views of the sea;
- the new Mirador del Carmen, opened by the municipality and used as an artistic exhibition hall;
- the Estepona – Marbella L79 bus station, a 10-minute walk from both facilities;
- the Estepona sports centre, north of the city;
- the port, full of bars and restaurants, which can be reached in 20 minutes on foot entirely along the paseo maritimo.
